Dreambox Startet den SkyTV Ultimate III nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,
habe ne DM800SE Cable und via USB den SkyTV III DVB/S2 dran.
Lief die ganze Zeit ohne Probleme.
Auf einmal nach einem Neustart der Box "hängt" die Box beim "Starting" Bildschirm.
Telnet und FTP gehen aber.
Habe vorsichtshalber die Box komplett neu installiert.
Box läuft ohne Probleme.
Nur wenn ich den SkyTV III starten will, und Enigma2 neu startet hänge ich wieder an der gleichen stelle.
Habe über den SSI, und über den Sundtek Control Center Probeläufe gemacht. Immer das gleiche.
Wenn ich die Box starte ohne den SkyTV III bootet sie ganz normal und es läuft alles.
Irgendjemand einen Tipp?

Aktualisiere den Treiber nocheinmal, wir registrieren die Tuner nun etwas anders bei Enigma2 um auch DVB-T2 zu supporten.

Habe trotz der Treiber vom 12.02.14 genau das gleiche Problem. Is dort der Fix schon eingearbeitet?

Verwendest du die Netzwerkfunktionalität?

Wenn ja, es müssen Client und Server aktualisiert werden, nur eine Seite zu aktualisieren reicht nicht aus.

Nein der Tuner hängt direkt am ersten USB der Dream. Netzteil ist angeschlossen. Box bootet komplett hoch.Beim versuch zu tunen  kommt kein Bild und der Spinner dreht sich. Kanalleiste wird angezeigt. Box lässt sich aber nicht bedienen. Ziehe ich allerdings dann den Stick aus dem Usb kann ich die Box benutzen. Image ist das Newnigma 4.08

Mein zusätzlicher DVB C Stick von euch rennt ohne Probleme.

Wenn etwas hängen sollte verbinde dich mit der Box mit telnet und gib folgende Befehle ein:

Ich verwende kein zusätzliches USB Kabel. Dabei war ein schwarzes. Ich habe den Stick am 09.11.13 Bestellnummer 5915 bei euch gekauft. Auf der Rechnung steht auch dass ich diesen gegen den neuen der Ende Februar kommen soll tauschen kann. Finde ich übrigens super von euch  . Es ist optisch nicht die rote Version. Er sieht aus wie der mittlere Stick.

Funktionieren die Befehle auch direkt mit Telnet oder muss ich das mit Putty machen?

Wiegesagt obrige Informationen werden benötigt um Aufschluss zu bekommen warum Enigma hängen bleibt, eventuell ein aktives USB Hub verwenden da 2 Sticks doch etwas Strom benötigen.
Die schwarzen Kabel sind für Settopboxen nur bedingt geeignet da der Widerstand etwas höher ist als bei den transparenten und die Settopboxen da doch etwas pingelig sind, wobei der Hersteller der USB Kabel nun angewiesen wurde in Zukunft schwarze mit einem etwas niedrigeren Widerstand (dem der Transparenten USB Kabel) zu liefern.

Hab die Sticks mit 3 verschiedenen aktiven USB Hubs getestet. Daran kann es also eigentlich nicht liegen. Wie geschrieben habe ich die USB Verlängerungskabel nicht im Einstaz. Die Sticks stecken direkt im Hub.

Zum Zeitpunkt als du die Logfiles erstellt hast hat ja anscheinend alles funktioniert oder?

SMCA hat wohl andere Ursachen (wohl irgendetwas mit dem CAM? -> einfach mal mit einer Suchmaschine suchen).

Naja also funktioniert kann ich so nicht sagen. Die Box war im Deep Standby ist dann hochgefahren um eine Aufnahme zu tätigen. Die Aufnahme ist auch gestartet aber die Box wieder abgestürzt. Spinner dreht, keine Reaktion über die Fernbedienung. Aufgenommen hat die Box allerdings  . Also technisch lief der Tuner. Daher hast Du das wohl auch im Log gesehen dass alles lief. Es half dann nur noch die Dream mit dem Schalter hinten zum Neustart zu zwingen. Nach dem Neustart das selbe. Aufnahme startet sofort aber Box stürzte wieder ab

Wenn es abstürzt dann musst du die Logfile machen, nicht davor.

Wenn enigma2 sich aufhängt, versuch mal folgendes auf der Konsole einzugeben:

init 4
enigma2.sh

Dann siehst du was enigma macht, es scheint mir ja fast irgendein Problem mit Enigma oder mit einem Plugin bei dir zu sein, also es macht durchaus Sinn das hier durchzugehen.

Ich habe das Log erstellt während sich die Box im abgestürzten Zustand befand. Putty ging ja. Darauf hat die Box noch reagiert.

Hab jetzt mal nach deinem Tipp gegoogelt. Es scheint wohl irgendwie mit der HD+ Karte zusammen zu hängen. Da werde ich mich mal weiter einlesen. Werde auch mal testen ob die Probleme bei Non-HD+ Kanälen nicht auftreten. Danke für diesen Hinweis !

Starte Enigma manuell, dann siehst du was Enigma2 so macht. Nur von der dmesg Meldung her kann man auch auf keinen Fehler schließen.
