Hi, every time I try to do a manual scan, it fails to scan any channels. Can anyone help?

Hi,

as far as I know there has been a ticket opened for your case already.
Basically we think that there is something not right with the Signal at your home and another unit with different chipset has been shipped to you. You might need to wait until the other unit with different chipset will arrive - it will be interesting to get the signal statistics from those chipsets.

You will have to wait a few more days until the other unit arrives.

Those other tuners use another chipset and are not regularly in stock so it took some time to prepare them.
