my question is if you have the sundtek media pro tv tuner in a vu+ duo - is it possible to stream over network to a vu+ solo as i see a guide for doing it for pc over network

We will test this in a few days.

Just as information, Sundtek will mostly close until 28th december. Some voluntary support might be given during this time.

we tested this good news is that Network mode works quite well.

First of all set up a server according to our network documentation:

VU+ Setup:

1. connect to your VU+ using telnet and run following commands:

cd /tmp
wget http://www.sundtek.de/media/sundtek_installer.sh
chmod 777 sundtek_installer.sh
./sundtek_installer.sh
/opt/bin/mediaclient --scan-network
