Stream composite via tvheadend

I would like to stream the composite through tvheadend on a libreelec (x86) distro. Any idea if this is possible? I assume I would need to setup an IPTV network but need something to stream /dev/video0 to it.

that's currently not possible.

however we're working on our own streamingserver and we should be able to integrate that in the near future.
