Sundtek skytv ultimate (dvb-s/s2) problem

Hallo alle,

heute habe ich ein Sundtek skytv ultimate (dvb-s/s2) bekommen und wollte diesen via openelec 3.2.3 zum laufen bringen. Ich habe eine Arctic M0001, wobei ich den Dvb-T REciever nicht nutze. Ich habe die Treiber von openelec installiert (3.1.4) und das aktuelle tvheadend.
Am Anfang dachte ich tvheadend ist verbugt und habe das system zurück gesetzt und das addon neu installiert. Danach konnte ich auch unter location den astra 19.2 ausählen. Aber er zeigte dann nur ein Mux und mehr konnte ich nicht machen. Es leuchte dann die blaue LED. Ist der Stick vielleicht kaputt? Normerweise sollte das doch gleich ohne Probleme gehen!?

Bei dem Gerät (Version I)gab es mal 1 1/2 Jahre lang eine Austauschaktion. Da wir aktuell keine Geräte auf Lager haben kann aber hier derzeit auch nichts gemacht werden. Das Release-Datum der neuen Geräte (mit aktualisierten Chipsätzen) sollte demnächst bekannt gegeben werden.
Am Besten ist es wohl den Shop die kommenden 10 Tage im Auge zu behalten und uns wenn es genauere Informationen gibt dann zu kontaktieren, vorher wird das ohnehin nichts bringen.
