I have a SkyTV Ultimate that has the antenna F connector that gets burning hot.
It all started after watching a DVB-S2 HD channel for almost 2 hours (F1 race): more an more packets started to get lost and at the end no channel could be tuned anymore.
The unit is installed on an HP Microserver Gen8 with ubuntu 16.04.
The USB section seems to be ok:
root@microserver:~# /opt/bin/mediaclient -e

Do I need to run any test to confirm the issue?
I left a message in chat on June 29 and got a mail from Markus (sales@sundtek.com) who sugested that the unit was faulty and could be replaced with the new version but nothing more since then.
I also opened a ticket through the RMA system but all I get is a "404 Not Found"
Can someone please tell me how to proceed?
