Finde keine Sender. Lustige errors...

Hallo lieber Support.

Ich habe nun seit einiger Zeit zwei eurer Sticks in Betrieb, wenn man das so nennen möchte.
Die Sender kommen jedoch nur an "Sonn und Feiertagen" mal.

Am Freitag ging 3Sat HD, Arte HD nicht.
Am Samstag war es dann ZDF info HD usw.

Seit nunmehr einer Woche hab ich die Sticks nichtmehr an meinem
Wlanrouter, da ich den als Fehlerquelle im Visir hatte.

Das kann aber unmöglich an meiner Schüssel liegen,
da mein Ausweichtuner den ich dann immer Verwende alles artig macht!

Der Log spamt mich damit voll, das ist eine Wahre Pracht!

[Sundtek]

Die Logfile ist vor dem Auftreten dieser Meldung etwas ausführlicher.

1. Du kannst die Ausgabe ausschalten indem du es in der Konfigurationsdatei abstellst /etc/sundtek.conf loglevel=off

Diese Meldung kommt sehr warscheinlich dann wenn der LNB umgeschalten wird, eventuell benötigt der LNB etwas zu lange dafür. Der Stick ist by Default auf 300 Millisekunden eingestellt (0.3 Sek) für das Umschalten.

Um die Tunezeiten zu manipulieren kannst du z.b folgenden Parameter in /etc/sundtek.conf hinzufügen ts_settle_timeout=1500

(1500 = 1.5 Sekunden)

Soeben habe ich den kompletten log geleert und auf 3sat geschalten.
Es ist genau so aufschlussreich wie vorher

Ich habe es mit vdr , tvheadend , kaffeine und dvb viewer probiert.

Heute habe ich mal das mitgelieferte usbkabel
getauscht un siehe da, es funktioniert bestens.

Es ist natürlich schade bei dem Preis, das Kabel ist gerade mal einen Monat alt.

Sollte es bei dir wirklich das Kabel sein bitte das Kabel zurücksenden damit wir das überprüfen können.

Die Kabel werden stichprobenweise überprüft und haben bei uns keine Probleme.

So einen Pfennigartikel durch die Republik schicken ....

Es geht darum das Kabel zu überprüfen, bist du dir 100% sicher dass das Kabel der Grund ist? Und nicht eventuell eine schlechte Verbindung zum USB Anschluss, ist das ein schwarzes oder ein transparentes Kabel?

Wenn das Kabel wirklich ein Problem hätte würde es an die jeweilige Stelle weitergeleitet werden.

Es ist ein schwarzes Kabel.
Ich bin am Dienstag wieder zu hause dann werde ich es mal wieder anstöpseln.
Heute habe ich ca 5h fern gesehen ohne Kabel. Es war alles top, alle Sender sofort da usw usf.
