{Single, Dual, Quad} Sundtek SkyTV Ultimate / Purchase wrong

Since I did not reply via email I write here on the forum.
On February 1 I received an email informing the sending of skytv ultimate to replace one purchased in late October that never worked properly.
To date (6-April) I have not received anything. - I contacted the office several times. Markus Rechberger to demand an explanation but received no answer.
I think I will have to resign - I made a mistake in purchasing!
