Since I did not reply via email I write here on the forum.
On February 1 I received an email informing the sending of skytv ultimate to replace one purchased in late October that never worked properly.
To date (6-April) I have not received anything. - I contacted the office several times. Markus Rechberger to demand an explanation but received no answer.
I think I will have to resign - I made a mistake in purchasing!

Actually posting this one time is more than enough, and your replacement package is already on the way.

Our overall workload is very high, in some rare cases there might be some delay but after all we try to take care about everything carefully.
Having the most versatile devices on the market doesn't make that easier for us...

Also the replacements haven't been available for that long yet.
