Sundtek MediaTV MiniPCIe wird nicht erkannt

Hallo,

hab Heute die TV-Karte bekommen und gleich eingebaut. Leider wird sie anscheind nicht erkannt. 

Ich habe die Karte unter Ubuntu 10.04, Windows 7 und in unterschiedlichen MiniPCIe-Slots getestet.

Hat jemand noch einen Tipp?

Gibt es im Bios eventuell Konfigurationsmoeglichkeiten z.B USB via MiniPCIe?

Mittels lsusb muesste eb1a:51b2 angezeigt werden.

Im Bios gibt es leider keine Optionen bzgl. MiniPCIe.

In einem andrem Notebook funktioniert die Karte ebenfalls nicht.

Andere Karten, wie z.B. WLAN oder Video-Beschleuniger, funktionieren einwandfrei.

Bitte das Geraet an uns zum Testen zuruecksenden. Mit den MiniPCIe Karten hatten wir soweit noch keine Probleme.

Hallo,

gestern ist das Päckchen zurückgekommen. Angeblich soll es nicht abgeholt worden sein.

ich habe es an folgende Adresse geschickt:

ist das richtig? soll ich es nochmal dort hin schicken?

Schicken Sie es dort erneut hin, unser Techniker ist ab Montag (nach einem Monat Arbeit in Taiwan) wieder in Deutschland und kann dies dann schnell direkt bearbeiten.

Soll ich es nochmals versuchen? oder kann man euch keine Post schicken?

Wir werden dies durch eine DHL Abholung regeln, das Austauschgeraet sollte spaetestens Dienstag bei Ihnen eintreffen. DHL hatte soweit noch nie Probleme bereitet.

Da ich tagsüber nicht zu hause bin, ist der Abholauftrag nicht optimal. Wenn Sie den Auftrag noch nicht erteilt haben, würde ich es Montag nochmal mit dem DPD versenden.
