The stick has been stable last 2 days. So it might not have been the stick that caused it.

Yesterday I got the new stick for Thor 5/6 with working HD channels. However,
three times so far the stick has lost picture and then been unable to tune in on any channel after that. A complete restart is necessary in order to get it to work again on the dm800se.
Known problem?

Got the stick today and HD channels on Thor 5/6 is working as promised.

The device has not arrived. Tracking says it´s been handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt on Jan 13, 2012. That's all I know so far.

In a personal message - You - told me to send my old stick back in order to get one of the new ones (the ones to be shipped 14/15th December). I did that.
Now you´re saying that you don´t have any sticks as of yet and that testing wasn't completed earlier? That means it was totally unnecessarily to send the stick back in early December.
Furthermore, a quick reply giving current status on what's going on takes a few seconds up to a minute. That would create some understanding from at least my part. Saying zilch does the opposite.
This time I won´t be getting my hopes up as I did earlier based on given information. I'll wait a week or two and see what´s happening.

I've sent my stick back in Sundtek to be replaced with a working one. Now when I try to follow up the whole thing I get zero response. I've send both private messages here at this forum and e-mail.

I assume that the latest driver do not fix the HD-channels on Thor 5/6. Is that correct?

Yes, I used your driver and it worked with ss82 but stopped working under ss84. I reinstalled the driver several times with no luck. Now, this was 10 days ago so I'll give it a try again.

Sky ultimate stick will not work when upgrading Dreambox 800se to latest second stage (ss84). Tried different images all with the same result. The USB-stick isn't recognized by the box.
