mediatv pro +tvtime +sound

Hallo Forumsmitglieder,

ich bin seit kurzem auch stolzer Besitzer eines MediaTV Pro Sticks.
Ich habe aber bei der Benutzung von tvtime ein seltsames Phaenomen:

Wenn ich tvtime starte, habe ich keine Soundausgabe. Wenn ich dann tvtime beende und sofort wieder starte, so dass das Audiodevice scheinbar noch nicht frei gegeben ist, dann funktioniert der Sound.

Ich hänge hie einmal die Rückmeldungen von tvtime an, in der Hoffnung, dass mir jemand helfen kann.

Das Problem wird wohl darin liegen das Pulseaudio bei dir nicht gestartet ist und tvtime eventuell pulseaudio das Audiodevice wegnimmt.

Das sollte eigentlich in keinem Fall passieren und nicht einmal möglich sein da die Alsa Bibliothek üblicherweise ein Wrapper für Pulseaudio ist.

Was für ein System ist denn das?

Der Treiber übernimmt die Audio-Ausgabe direkt im Hintergrund, TVTime muss eigentlich nur das Bild darstellen.

Danke für den Hinweis.
Das System ist ein neu installiertes Sabayon 9 (basiert auf Gentoo). Die Oberfläche ist xfce4. In den Starteinstellungen von Xfce4 ist Pulseaudio eingetragen. Es scheint aber wohl nicht richtig zu starten. Wenn ich "pulseaudio --kill" und dann "pulseaudio --start" eingebe funktioniert die Soundausgabe in tvtime einwandfrei.

Jetz muß ich mal sehen wieso pulseaudio nicht richtig startet.
Falls ihr noch einen Hinweis habt, bin ich sehr dankbar. Aber ihr habt mir auch so schon geholfen, dem Fehler auf die Spur zu konmmen.

wichtig ist das Pulseaudio als der gleiche User gestartet wird.

Wenn Pulseaudio zu früh gestartet wird läuft es eventuell als "root" und belegt dadurch die Ressourcen für andere Benutzer.
