Question about a delayed order

Hi,

On the 18th of May I've placed an order for a Media Pro stick (#xxxx) and I didn't receive any delivery notice yet. I've also tried to ask at kontakt@sundtek.com about the order but I received no answer. I saw that some other customers went trough this situation and got some answers on this forum.

So I thought I'd ask myself if you can give me some information about my order. How long does it usually take for the product to be shipped? Are there currently any supply problems?

As far as we can see Cash on Delivery is not possible for your country (not supported by the shipping carrier), only possibility would be PayPal in that case.

I've sent you the message... or at least I think I did :). I didn't found it in my outbox after sending it but that is maybe because I didn't check the checkbox bellow the message (I don't speak german so the forum UI is not that easy to use).
