Hallo,

ich habe den Sundtek MediaTV Pro, aber bekomme ihn leider nicht zum Laufen.
Mit der Treiberinstallation scheint alles geklappt zu haben und der Stick wird auch erkannt:

Wenn ich dann versuche, den Adapter mit VLC im DVB-C Modus zu öffnen, woraufhin VLC mit dem Scannen anfängt, steht im Log immer Folgendes:

VLC bleibt währenddessen beim Scannen hängen, ohne dass etwas passiert.
Woran könnte das liegen bzw. was kann ich da machen?

Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem beim Tunen auf 546Mhz, da kann der Stick net LOCKen. Ich warte immernoch auf eine Antwort vom Support..

Nein der Stick ist nicht defekt, es muss die jeweilige Modulation bei VLC angegeben werden (In Deutschland QAM64 oder QAM256). In VLC wird dies über das Advanced Menü eingerichtet. Die Modulationsarten sind wohl nicht sehr leserlich im VLC Menü.

QAM_AUTO = 6 (der Tuner teilt der Software eigentlich mit das dies nicht unterstützt wird, es ist Aufgabe der jeweiligen Software dies auch zu verwerten)
QAM_64 = 3 (QAM 64)
QAM_256 = 5 (QAM 256)

Das funktioniert leider auch nicht.

Außerdem müsste es dann über mediaclient ja gehen, oder?

$ /opt/bin/mediaclient -m DVBC -f 113000000 -S 6900000 -M Q64

bzw.

Funktioniert also auch nicht.

Stick sollte getauscht werden, Email an kontakt at sundtek de (bitte beachten das dies dann ab 23. Dezember bearbeitet wird).
