we're working on the ISDB-T Windows driver (at the moment ISDB-T is only supported with MacOSX and Linux). We'll keep updating this thread once the driver is ready (hope it won't take too long).

Is that posible to use this device on windows without the isdb function? I mean, use only dvb-c, analog and fm?

The ISDB-T tuner needs a new Firmware & Chipsetsupport in the Windows driver we're working on it as mentioned and will keep you up to date here.
