Channel search failure

Hey

Just bought Sundtek Media TV Pro (DVB-CT, Radio, analog TV) a week ago.
Cant't find any chanels on search. Have tryed for one week now.
Have 2 genuine Dremboxes dm800 and dm8000. Have tried to install different images like
Gemini, Newnigma, Peter Pan and so on. They all see the stick, but no channels can be found on neither DVC-C or DVB-T. Signal is ok and works in build-in DVB-C tuner in dm8000.
DVB-T signal is also ok.Have also tried to scan channels on Windows xp and Windows 7 in DVB Viewer 4.5.0 without luck. The stick is lighting blue when searching and the tuner is visible in both dreamboxes.
Telnet commands (/usr/sundtek/mediaclient -e)to the box also shows the unit.
Could there be something wrong with the stick ?

Did you do a manual scan? -- Auto-scan for DVB-C does not work (this is not implemented in Enigma2 for external tuners yet).

You might switch on the loglevel:
/usr/sundtek/mediaclient --loglevel=max (for the dreambox)

Sorry, no luck with that either. Have tried on new kernel 2.6.18-7.4 (Newnigma2 ver. 3.1) as well. Have also manually scanned all known freq. in my cabelnet and dvb-t. Also tried Transedit blindscan on my laptop

2.6.18-7.4 does not work yet, DreamMultimedia is currently preparing an update for it. The USB Tuner interface is currently broken and causes a memory corruption

Still the same with new driver, have tried 834000 qam256 where there also are channels.
Next step could be to transfer the hole sh.. to my mothers apartment where they have cable tv from the second provider in Aarhus (TDC YouSEE).

Maybe that's a usecase for our new tuners with improved DVB-C error correction.
We might be able to replace this one with a tuner from the new series once they arrive in Berlin.

Hi

I returned the USB tuner on November 17 but it was not picked up in Berlin (delivered on saturday nov. 19). It cost me dkr 195 (25 euro) to send it and it costs me additional 25 euro to retrieve it at the local post office.
My question is now, do I pick it up and pay 25 euro and then pay another 25 euro to sent it once more ?
It starts to get pretty expensive this Christmas.
