Preload Problem, flimmern und (zu) wenig Sender

Folgende Probleme habe ich mit dem Media TV Home:

1) Bei jedem Bootvorgang kommt eine Fehlermeldung "libmediaclient.so cannot be preloaded".
2) Wenn ich den Stick einstecke fängt der Monitor an zu flimmern.
3) Ich empfange (dvb-C) nur einen Transponder mit einem frei empfangbaren und ein paar Bezahlsender.
   Es müßten eigentlich viel mehr sein. Mein Digitalempfänger, der am gleichen Anschluß hängt,
   empfängt ca. 300 freie und Bezahlsender.

Das Scanfile kommt von w_scan.

Sie mischen bei Ihrem System 32/64 Bit Applikationen, dies sollte mehr oder weniger als Information gesehen werden. Wir werden eventuell in Zukunft einen Patch einreichen damit diese Nachricht nur noch auf verlangen angezeigt wird.

Das hoert sich mehr oder weniger nach einem allgemeinen Hardware oder Graphikkartentreiberbug des Notebooks an, so ein Problem ist uns derzeit noch nicht untergekommen. Die einzige Moeglichkeit hier waere wohl das Notebook direkt zu untersuchen.
Handelt es sich hierbei um ATI oder NVidia? Eventuell sollten Sie verschiedene Treiber testen (falls sie Opensource Treiber verwenden testen Sie die jeweiligen Closed Source Treiber vom jeweiligen Anbieter - und umgekehrt).

Welche Frequenzen fehlen denn?

Wir hatten vor kurzem ein Netzwerk in Koeln von Trident untersuchen lassen und das Ergebnis war dass das Kabelnetz nicht den genauen DVB-C Spezifikationen entsprochen hat. Fuer die jeweilige Anlage sollte es jedoch ein Firmwareupdate vom Hersteller geben. Aeltere DVB-S -> DVB-C Konverter sind eventuell noch nicht aktualisiert.
Um eine genauere Aussage treffen zu koennen finden Sie bitte die fehlende Frequenz heraus (Frequenz, Symbolrate, Modulation) und scannen Sie diese Frequenz manuell z.B mit:

Was zeigt denn w-scan bei Ihnen an? Sind Sie sicher das die Symbolrate immer 6900khz betraegt?

Wir hatten solche DVB-C Anbieter (kleinere DVB-S/S2 auf DVB-C Umsetzer) wie beschrieben bereits von Trident ueberpruefen lassen. Die DVB-C Signale von einigen sehr wenigen Anbietern entsprechen leider nicht 100% dem offiziellen DVB-C Standard, diese Anbieter haben aber meist ein Firmware Update fuer ihre Kopfstationen.
Wir werden hierfuer in den kommenden Monaten Geraete anbieten welche diese Fehler zusaetzlich versuchen zu beheben (Den Pruefungsbericht von Trident koennen wir gerne per Email zur Verfuegung stellen).

KabelDeutschland und KabelBadenwuerttemberg (sprich so ziemlich alle groesseren Anbieter) haben ihre Modulatoren/Kopfstationen bereits im fruehen Stadium aktualisiert um diesen Fehlern vorzubeugen.

Alle Werte für Frequenz,Symbolrate und Modulation stimmen mit den Werten
von w_scan überein. Auch mein Digalempfänger zeigt diese Werte an. Alle
Symbolraten sind definitiv 6900000.
