Ich hab' bei Unitymedia nachgefragt: Die Settopboxen haben keinen Verstärker, wenn ist der im Keller (Mehrparteienhaus).
Hausverkabelung und Kabeldose sind vor knapp einem Jahr von Unitymedia auf Digital umgerüstet worden; an alten/ungeeigneten Kabeln o.ä. sollte es nicht liegen (und wie gesagt, die Settopboxen funktionieren).

Ich meine zu sehen (ich bin nur Laie), daß
- 570 MHz mit Kabel minimal besser weg kommt als direkt in der Dose;
- 610 MHz an der Dose mit BER und % leicht besser weg kommt (aber MER mit <=146 schlechter ist als am Kabel, wo 250-260 erreicht werden) --- aber wohl nicht mehr gut ist
- 690 MHz nur an der Dose gelockt werden kann, was aber nichts sagt, da 682 MHz schon unbrauchbar ist
Sieht fast so aus, als ob da irgendwo ab 570 MHz irgendetwas dämpft und dann bei 682 MHz das Nutzsignal definitiv weg ist. (Aber was ist mit Frequenzen kleiner 458 MHz los, die gehen ja auch nicht?)
Ich denke: Kabel (also vom Hausverteiler zur Dose, den ab Dose haben wir ja auch umgangen) und die Dose selber kann man vermutlich ausschließen, da die Settopboxen laufen und beide neu von Unitymedia für digital gemacht wurden. Oder habt ihr --- da ihr extrem viel mehr Ahnung von der Materie habt als ich --- da schon Pferde kotzen sehen und es kann doch an der Verkabelung liegen? Könnte es was bringen, mal beim Nachbarn zu fragen, ob ich da mit Laptop und Stick testen darf?
