DiSEqC Switch issue

HI..
I am using my Sundtek SkyTV Ultimate DVB-S2 USB tuner along with Diseqc switch, (my box is Vu+ SOLO SE V2) seems the usb tuner does not support properly. after some times tuner gets failed.

I have tried with DISEqC switches 1.0 and 1.1.. both have problems with USB tuner, after some time TUNER failed.

both the above diseqc switches are working properly with Vu+ tuners and other set-top boxes...
Seems the SUNDTEK tuner has a problem with Diseqc switches..

Pls make the correct updates to support diseqc switches immediately...

we cannot just watch one satellite with this tuner.. we want to watch multiple satellites...

Diseqc is properly supported by the tuner. You might have to send the Diseqc commands again before tuning to a new channel.

The tuner enters standby after 15 seconds inactivity - and turns off the LNB Voltage output.

You can try to increase the standby_timeout in /etc/sundtek.conf

you have to add the configuration manually with an editor and save it back to the settopbox.

standby_timeout=90000

maybe that will help you a bit. Which multiswitch/es do you have, what does your wired configuration look like?
