Sundtek MediaTV Digital Home (DVB-CT) and Raspberry Pi

Hi,
Just a couple of questions on the Sundtek MediaTV Digital Home tuner:
1. Is it a twin/dual tuner (i.e. record one channel while watching another)
2. Does it work well with the Raspberry Pi? Can it be powered through the RPi directly (if it is connected via the usb port of a tv) or does it need to be connected via a powered hub?

It's a single tuner, Raspberry PI works but requires either a USB Hub or some modification on the RPI to provide more than 125mA on the USB Bus.

It seems like some RPI revisions do not have a 125mA current limitation on the USB port, however most of them have. So you will need a USB Hub.
