You should have received at least the email in the meanwhile... please doublecheck directly with sales/RMA the problem is that you are not directly in our customer base so there's no record about your order.
Normally the items have to be shipped back to the place where you bought the device and they will contact with us.
However our sales person will help to resolve your issue in that case.
