Das ist der letzte Stand, den ich gerade ins TVHeadend Forum gepostet hat.

Hi,

After applying the correct libraries via symbolic links and changing the TVHeadend startscript, I was able to start it via DSM GUI and manually.

But the GUI asked for a password and did not accept the default admin / admin. I restarted TVHeadend with the "-C" option in order to get direct access to the GUI without being prompted for a password and the connection has been established, but it´s showing only a blank screen. I´ve tried it on several systems with different browsers...no way.

Ever heard about this ?

I think, it´s running correctly, but what´s the problem with the blank screen when entering

http://<tvheadendserver>:9981 or
http://<tvheadendserver>:9981/extjs.html

Any idea ?

Looks like there are some toolchain issue that prevent building for DSM5, so I wonder if that also prevents the old version from running?

TV Headend befindet sich in den folgenden Verzeichnissen:

/var/packages/tvheadend   (Startscript etc.)

Die Treiber sind ja schon korrekt installiert. Habe sie auch mehrfach neu installiert...TVHeadend ebenfalls, aber irgendwie findet er jetzt bestimmte Libraries nicht mehr beim Starten.

welches Startscript muss ich den jetzt benutzen ? Das neue funktioniert bei mir anscheinend nicht....

Habe folgendes Problem:

Ich moechte gerne an meinem Synology DS1511+ NAS  die folgenden 2 Sundtek DVB-C Sticks zusammen mit dem TVHeadend Plugin betreiben:

   Sundtek MediaTV Digital Home (USB 2.0)
   MediaTV Digital Home III (EU)

Beide Sticks sollen im TV Headend GUI erkannt werden und so konfiguriert sein, dass ich 2 Sendungen gleichzeitig aufnehmen kann.

Ich habe mir dazu die neuesten Treiber via "sundtek_netinst.sh" zusammen mit den TV Headend Plugin auf meinem Synology NAS installiert.

Die Sticks werden anscheinend auch sauber erkannt:

Mit dem neuen Startscript "start-stop-status", dass ich mir von der Sundtek Website heruntergeladen habe, laesst sich TVHeadend nicht starten (das ist das Script mit dem LD_PRELOAD=/opt/lib/libmediaclient.so - Aufruf). Mit dem alten funktioniert es nur teilweise.
Teilweise deswegen, weil in TVHeadend unter "DVB Inputs" "TV Adapters" nur ein Adapter "Sundtek DVB-C" angezeigt wird. Anscheinend erfolgt auch nach laengerer Wartezeit selbst auf diesem einen Geraet kein "Initial Scan", obwohl ich Unitymedia als Provider selektiert habe.

Ich hatte dieses Setup schon mal mit einem Adapter perfekt am Laufen, musste allerdings meine DSM Firmware und damit aich TVHeadend neu installieren und konfigurieren....diesmal mit 2 Adaptern (der 2. wurde diese Woche geliefert).

Fuer jeden Tipp, der das Ganze zum Fliegen bringt, waere ich sehr dankbar....noch ist alles "dunkel" :-)

Do you think, that it would be a solution, to enable the network functionality of the stick on my dreambox with the command forcing DVBLink to see it?

Hi,

I have a Dreambox dm800HDse with a Newnigma2 image (V3.3.2) and a Sundtek DVB-C stick as second tuner, which is located on the USB Port of my dm800HDse. I used to store my records on a Synology DS1511+ NAS and I decided to install the DVBLink Package with the Dreambox Plugin on my DS1511+ to give it a try.

I configured the Dreambox correctly and everything worked fine, but then I realized, that only the internal tuner of my dreambox is being used when starting records. When scheduling programs lying on different transponders, DVBLink shows a "Timer Conflict" and only the first scheduled program will be recorded.

When adding timers on my Dreambox directly and the first (internal) tuner is being occupied, it switches to my external DVB-C USB stick from Sundtek, and everything works fine.

DVBLink does not recognize the Sundtek DVB-C stick and therefore is not able to record programs from different transponders.

What can I do to tell DVBLink, that my Dreambox is actually a dual tuner device ?

Hope, you can help me....I have 17 days left before my DVBLink trial version runs out on my Synology NAS.
