Will there be an update to get th HD-channels on Thor 5/6 to work with the Sky ultimate stick?

It's on our agenda for next week, our testings with the latest devices for Scandinavia is okay and the performance is good.
More information will come within the next days.

I assume that the latest driver do not fix the HD-channels on Thor 5/6. Is that correct?

There will be a HW update, orders from Scandinavia can replace the devices for free (there are not many since we announced that early)
The final Stick with MacOSX Hardware support (special option to drive DVB-S/S2 directly without AC adapter on a Macbook Pro will be available early - mid December).
Some engineering samples are currently being tested in Norway.

I just bought 2 pcs S2 ultimate's - and I also have this problem. How will this be corrected?

For northern Europe the first devices just arrived, we will need 1 week for testing and ship them out at 14/15th December.

Good news, testing was completed earlier. Please send your order number, phone number (to call back for the results) to kontakt at sundtek de.
There are some limited numbers of devices available right now.
The new stick is also called our Mac Stick since it includes the Macbook Pro enhancements.

I've sent my stick back in Sundtek to be replaced with a working one. Now when I try to follow up the whole thing I get zero response. I've send both private messages here at this forum and e-mail.
What´s going on?

Knallert: You're not the only one. I have sent 3 emails now with "Please respond" in more and more highlighted capitals. No response.
Markus from Sundtek promised me a tracking code for my new devices on the 12th of december - no reply since then.
Sundtek: What is happening here?

Christmas holiday in between and we did some tests by ourself in the meanwhile, the sticks are on the way and should arrive next week, one more update for settopboxes will be released within the next few days.
Please note it's not something that can be expected to be done by every company to redesign the Hardware in order to meet other requirements, all that takes time and isn't done overnight (of course you have been waiting for a long time).

In a personal message - You - told me to send my old stick back in order to get one of the new ones (the ones to be shipped 14/15th December). I did that.
Now you´re saying that you don´t have any sticks as of yet and that testing wasn't completed earlier? That means it was totally unnecessarily to send the stick back in early December.
Furthermore, a quick reply giving current status on what's going on takes a few seconds up to a minute. That would create some understanding from at least my part. Saying zilch does the opposite.
This time I won´t be getting my hopes up as I did earlier based on given information. I'll wait a week or two and see what´s happening.

The devices are shipped and (should have arrived already?)
Please take care to use the _latest_ driver from 17th January 2012.

The device has not arrived. Tracking says it´s been handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt on Jan 13, 2012. That's all I know so far.

HI! I was involved in beta testing, and allowed for sundtek engineers to have access to my system to be able to determine the error. After being promised on Skype that a new stick should be sent to me that fixes the HD on Thor 5/6.
I'm waiting to have the stick sent to me. No response from sundtek on Skype.

We are having a very hard time with going to manufacturing with those devices, but now everything should be set.
