Hi is support for the VU+DUO coming in the near future Iam running the VIX Team image 2.2 which will work only for a short time I then get a tune failed message Thanks for any advice

We just updated the latest Linux driver, although if you experience any issue the first thing we would do would be to put you on the list for a new device, the manufacturing of the latest DVB-S/S2 devices will start at the end of June and (unfortunately) will take around 3-4 weeks.

Supporting old devices won't help us to get further, so replacing them with the more powerful newer DVB-S/S2 device is the better way to go for everyone.

Ok Thanks very much for your reply what do I need to do to get the newer updated device,I think I am using the latest driver can you confirm which one I should be using Thanks Alan

Just to update this topic new tuners are currently being manufactured.

The final devices should be available at the end of August now.
