Beitrag von: michel30 am Dezember 29, 2015, 03:36:31 Nachmittag
Hello,

I update my DM800 box from open pli 2.1 to open pli 4.0

I install the sundtek app and out of the app I install the driver.

The USB light is burning blue and I see under the information SUNDTEK usb dvb-c on B
When I zapp to a DVB-C channel, you see that it is starting to use B but on my screen I getting:

no data on transponder timeout reading pat

the cable is plugin directly and still the same problem.
The cable is working, becausse when I put in on my provider device I get screen.
Only not on my DM800 openpli 4.0 DVB-C sundtek

Thanks, for adivce and help.

regards,
Michel

DM800HD or DM800HD SE?

no data on transponder timeout reading pat could be if you have stored the wrong transponder information.
Maybe try to scan the network with the external tuner?

Hello,

I fix it, what I did:

Clean again the box, but now I used the program SSI for windows and with this program it works.

I don't understand why the .ipk files did not work, also the .sh file did not work, but now it is okay.

regards,
Michel

The IPK installs exactly the same as the Settopbox Installer. Maybe you had some weird configuration on your box? It usually helps to disable all the tuners in the tuner configuration - ok that in the menu - and to enable them again.
