I have a system with 2 existing PCI DVB-C cards (adapter0 and 1).
I installed the USB stick and the latest software (nov 30) as adapter 2.

Switching to DVB-C goes fine, but when trying to use czap to tune to a channel, my mediasrv crashes:

[ 1100.451890] mediasrv[6772]: segfault at 94d000 ip 00007f9e345a28af sp 00007f9e2fb0cef8 error 4 in libc-2.10.1.so[7f9e34520000+166000]

Using the latest ubuntu 9.10 64 bits.
Linux alpha 2.6.31-16-generic #53-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 8 04:02:15 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Trying to use mythtv does not work either :(

Any hints on how to solve this?

We are about to release another update in a few days, let's see if this solves your problem otherwise we'll have a closer look at it. There have been a few issues with this driver release which already have been fixed by our engineers.
