Titel: An old Opensuse problem :)
Beitrag von: Capodastro am Oktober 30, 2013, 03:56:19 Nachmittag
On booting time Opensuse recognizes the sky ultimate III as some different device stopping the loading process for at least a couple of minutes. As turnaround I wrote a small applet which installs the sundtek driver on login uninstalling it on logout, a very fast procedure.
For this purpose I use a sundtek_installer_130315.225747.sh
The last driver available works a bite cleaner, but I found in the forum only the net_installer,
Could I Ask you for a link providing the complete driver?
Thanks!

130315 is indeed a very old driver.

The netinstaller is recommended so far because it's the quickest way to install the driver.

The full driver packages are available under following link:

If you have any issues with the latest driver just post it in the forum and we will check it.
I guess your system is using systemd? We had some issues with it on Redhat (right now only redhat based systems completely register the systemd service).
