Guten Tag,
Gerade in meiner Mittagspause wurde der Stick ausgehändigt und anschliessende Installation über das SSC ging rasant vonstatten.
Kanalsuche der heute freigeschalteten Kanäle brachte aber keine Ergebnisse!
(der TV mit DVB-C Tuner findet dagegen alle Sender)
Bitte um Hilfe welche Parameter einzugeben sind

Die automatische Suche wird aktuell nicht mit externen Tunern unterstützt von Enigma.
Versuche z.B 132 MHz 6900 QAM256 zu scannen und den Netzwerkscan/Networkscan einschalten.

Versucht, leider auch vergeblich.
Leider gibt der Kabelanbieter wenig Info's.
Habe nur in einem Forum folgende Frequenz gefunden: 164,000 (verbunden mit Netwerk ID 43136)
Brachte leider auch nichts
Haben Sie sonst noch Anregungungen?
n.b.: meine Pause nähert sich dem Ende zu; werde bei Gelegenheit im Forum nachschauen.

As far i know, in our surroundings transportstream 2105 is active which corresponds with my father's information (164 Mhz/6900 Qam 64/FEC none
With these parameters manual search brings 0 results unfortunately.
What do we do wrong?

I am sorry to bather you again...
In the meantime i tested several frequencies, stated in your list.
Result: No channels found
What is your diagnosis?
The stick might be out of order?
I found out that in our district a networkcode 43136 is actual.
But i do not know where to configure this parameter.

edit: i remember that my dad configured "Germany" in our tv set.
Only with that parameter DVB-C tuner built in found all channels
Is the some parallel with the Sundtek stick in question?

Are you sure everything is properly connected and you receive DVB-C?
If the Stick supports DVB-T it also supports DVB-C, so you might give DVB-T a quick test.

I just tested tv set with Coax: all (uncoded) channels are present!
Second step: i changed Sundtek tuner 2 from C to T and DVB-T channels are working properly.
(just to be sure i unplugged tuner 1 (=DVB-T)
Yes everything is plugged in well.
Would you be as kind as to specify in detail what and where to configure?
In a former post i read something about adjustment by means of Telnet.
Should i try that?

I just changed tuner 2 into DVB-C again and pushed blue button.
I noticed, before Enigma restarted, that DVB-T was stated in the blue panel.
(in SSC tuner2 is stated as C)

I studies your howto and could not find any difference with our setup.
Before giving up i have following question.
In SSC is stated: dvb transmission way stick no. 2
usb/network: USB/network ORIGINALLY WE CHOSE "USB" BUT NOW I CHANGED TO NETWORK STATING THE APPOPRIATE IP
It made no difference: no channels found.
SHOULD I CHANGE IT AGAIN TO usb?

Since you are using the Stick via USB it should be set up to USB.
For quicker help you might contact our support via Skype "sundtek".

We are getting somewhere, hurra!
On my own risk i made changes through Telnet (hwpidfilter etc) and now a new scan is being succesfull!
Just two more questions:
1. now original Stick no. 1 (DVB-T) is missing in tuner config.
2. should i change hwpid etc to ON again once scan is complte?

You cannot damage anything if you use our tools or commands, you're safe to play around with it.
What exactly did you do?

The final solution:
The mistake:
you set up the DVB-C tuner to be your DVB-T tuner (The DVB-T Antenna was connected to the device which was configured as DVB-C)
The DVB-C cable was attached to the tuner which was configured as DVB-T device.
Solution:
1.) change the cable DVB-C <-> DVB-T
or
2.) change the configuration in the Sundtek Control Center (I did that manually on your side)

Leider steht auch dieser Sundtek-Stick für ein unerwartetes Problem parat.....
Beim Zappen zwischen DVB-C Sendern, während parallell eine S2-Aufnahme läuft, friert die Box (7020 HD/DMM OE 2.0 vom 15.3.)reproduzierbar ein.
Ein Crashlog wird dabei nicht erstellt.
An für sich schade denn die Bildqualität, obschon nicht so brillant als mit der Kabel Settopbox, ist recht passabel.

Frage mich wie du das schaffst. Aber egal melde dich via Skype unser account "Sundtek", dann koennen wir uns mal ansehen was Enigma da macht.

Danke, stehe Ihnen vorerst nicht zur Verfügung, mein Bereitschaftsdienst beginnt in wenigen Minuten..
Vielleicht meldet sich stellvertretend mein Sohn, wenn er Lust hat.
edit: Support Sundtek hatte sich anschliessend ausführlich mit meinem Sohn und vor allem der Box auseindergesetzt.
Ein Einfrieren konnte dabei nicht provoziert werden.
Dieses gelang uns selber (natürlich?!?) danach zwei Mal.
Mangels Zeit und Kenntnisse sind wir der Sache nicht weiter nachgegangen.
Mit dem neuesten 2.0 Image vom 3.5. (eingeladen am 4.5.) sind bislang noch keine Unzulänglichkeiten in Kombination mit dem CT-Sundtek Tuner zu verzeichen......

Mit der OE 2.0 vom 3.5 bisher keine besonderen Vorkomnisse (kein Einfrieren der Box)
Zufällige Wahrnehmung: auf meheren DVB-C Sendern beträgt der BER nicht 0 sondern 2-3 schwankend)
Ist dies normal? (es sind keine Bildstörungen sichtbar)
Das Plugin (1.39....) avisiert bislang keine Driver Updates.
Stellt der vom 15.3 tatsächlich der letzt verfügbare dar?

15. März 2013 ist der aktuelle Treiber.
Unsere Techniker arbeiten aktuell mit Hochdruck an den neuen Geräten, sobald diese fertig sind werden die Treiber wieder aktualisiert.
