as far as I know there has been a ticket opened for your case already.
Basically we think that there is something not right with the Signal at your home and another unit with different chipset has been shipped to you. You might need to wait until the other unit with different chipset will arrive - it will be interesting to get the signal statistics from those chipsets.

You will have to wait a few more days until the other unit arrives.

thanks for the reply, i have been waiting over two weeks now for the new chipset to arrive... i want to know when it will be shipped? Thanks.

Those other tuners use another chipset and are not regularly in stock so it took some time to prepare them.

So will it be shipped during this week then?
