Help
Why can't I get this transponder 10934 on thor 6 to work?
I have Openelec ION x86_64 2.99.2 (3.0 RC 2) operating system.
The driver version is sundtek_installer_130201.160757
Regards
Fredrik

Do you get a lock on that transponder?
Tune to that frequency with your application and read the signal statistics:
/opt/bin/mediaclient --readsignal=0 -d /dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0 --band UNIVERSAL

SIGNAL: [.............................. ] ( 91%) BER: 0 FREQ: 10934000 Hz LOCKED: YES SYS: DVB-S2 SYM: 25000000 FEC: FEC_3_4 MOD: PSK_8 VOLTAGE: H(18V) TONE: OFF

that means you have a perfect signal on that transponder.
Could it be that your issue is that the channels are encrypted/paytv?
Lyngsat says Conax is used on that transponder
http://www.lyngsat.com/hd/Thor-6.html
You need to have a paytv subscription for those channels

I have it, problemmet with this transponder is tvheadend not find the channel names and if you choose one of the channels on the transponder the picture freezes.

Stream is okay, there's no problem with the stick nor with your hardware or DVB-S/S2 equipment.
The problem must be somewhere within tvheadend or additional software which you are using with tvheadend (we'll forward the stream to some tvh developers so they can also check)
Scanning on the commandline always revealed the correct channel name.

Thank you for the sample stream, after having a closer look at the sample stream we figured out that this transponder violates the Linux DVB API.
In order to add a workaround for this transponder just contact us again via Skype.

Customer reported back that with the new tvheadend version everything seems to be okay.
