the package should have arrived already according to our shipping documents it has been sent already, although it will be checked tomorrow morning.

You should have received an email about this incident, the annoying issue is that you did not seem to have received the shipping from 16th December. We expected that you would receive the package earlier and because of that it should have answered your email automatically earlier already.
