any news about the order n. 6402.
I ordered it on the 28th Dec. and on the shop is "ready for shipping". I sent more than 1 email to the contact email but I've never received a reply.

We are still working on it, your order will be fulfilled within this week (unfortunately we have quite a high workload at the moment).

I see that the product I ordered is in production and it will be available again on the 1st of Feb. Does it mean that I will have the order shipped in feb?
