It is your problem not our problem.
We have written our statement in a previous post (and also referenced to it a second time). It won't help that you crosspost your problem in other sections.
First of all we do not have the time to support that at the moment, a windows tool for scanning various channels is on our list in order to doublecheck your problem (such a problem is not reproducible either on our side).
There is no such problem with those tuners, we have several customers in the NL, if you can find another one having such an issue we can escalate your issue immediately of course.
Furthermore check your cable, check the signalstrength etc. we have many customers using frequencies within that range.
